STEM Ambassadors help to contribute to their local community by getting out into schools and colleges to inspire young people and to explain how science, technology, engineering and mathematics are applied in real world job roles.
They represent employers all over the UK and age is no limit. There are STEM ambassadors from 18 to 70 years of age.
For more information visit the STEMnet website at www.stemnet.org.uk/ambassadors/ or contact the CSA team to find out how you can become a STEM ambassador and use your skills to help young people.
The ambassadors represent a huge diversity of job role. From apprentices to farmers to nuclear physicists; there is a role for you if you want to use your enthusiasm to help young people enjoy STEM subjects and enter STEM careers.
You can open the doors to a world of opportunity and infinite possibilities which will come from pursuing STEM subjects and careers.
